TWP provide a total project management service, which includes a full schedule of works, regular site meetings, management of 3rd party sub contractors and a dedicated full time site management team who liaise directly with our clients up to project completion and beyond.

Our knowledge and experience make us very aware that the fabric of a commercial establishment receives the heaviest levels of wear. However durable the finish is on a product, it can still get tired and worn quickly. At a fraction of the new cost, TWP delivers solutions with minimal disruption.
Removing furniture from an establishment to our workshops can be time consuming and sometimes not cost-efficient, so we have developed a method of re-furbishing worn products on site, repairing minor damages and scuffs and installing upgrades. Room interiors, carpets or furniture can often be renewed between bookings, so there is no loss of revenue.

In the past we have completed luxury restaurant refurbishments, Spa renovations, exterior building works and complete hotel refurbishments. Founded in 1982 TWP started work as a high quality cabinet maker in the London area. Serving the domestic sector, our ability to offer a high quality product with a focus on customer service proved popular. Identifying a niche in the commercial sector we then started work with more and more business clients who loved the tailored experience we offered.
On the back of this success we branched into more aspects of commercial refurbishment ranging from car showrooms to offices and Hotels. Our large team now approaches each project with the same philosophy as we did all those years ago – quality, workmanship and customer service.
